- Allows users to save multiple search results.
- Loads a previous saved search result on any page.
- Load searches that have been saved by another consultant.
How to use this?
To save a search:
- Click on the ‘Search’ tab on left hand panel.
- Populate fields with your specific search requirements.
- Click the ‘Search’ button at the top of the page.
- Search requirements specified appear.
- Click on the ‘Load, save, search’ button at the top of the screen.
- Type the name you would like to save your latest search as.
- Click save
- This will save your latest search results.
To load a saved search:
- Click on the ‘Load / Save Search’ button at the top of any screen.
- Click on the name of the search you require.
- This will load the search results of the search specified.
To email multiple clients or candidates required from a specific search:
- Click on the ‘Load / Save Search’ button at the top of any screen.
- Click on the name of the search you require.
- Open a blank email form.
- Click the ‘To’ button.
- Click on the option ‘Take all candidates / clients from last search’.
- This will load the lists of candidates or clients from the previous search loaded.
