Email Import Response

Automatically Respond to Applications (Admin users only)

  1. Click on the Admin button
  2. In the Admin screen, click on "Email Import"
  3. Click on Settings
  4. For each Email Import Account, you can set up a distinct reply to every candidate that is imported through the Email Import feature

To set the reply for each account:

  1. In the settings screen, select the Email Account, you wish to set the reply for
  2. Enter in the email address that you wish applicants to respond to, in the field "Reply-To Email Address"
  3. In the "Reply to Applicant" box, you can enter in the text of the email that is automatically sent out to a candidate once imported
  4. Click "Save" to confirm these changes

Example:

If you enter in the following:

Dear ###RECIPIENT_FORENAME####,

Thank you for you for your email regarding. Your application is currently being processed.

If you wish to update your details on our system, please click on the following link:

###DETAILS_LINK###

John Smith

Recruitment Consultant

An email will be sent to the applicant, with the placeholders replaced with the appropriate details, e.g. They will get an email from address you entered in the "Reply-To Email Address" field, which will look like this:

Dear Joanne,

Thank you for you for your email regarding. Your application is currently being processed.

If you wish to update your details on our system, please click on the following link:

Update Your Details

John Smith

Recruitment Consultant

In the "Update Your Details" page, they will have access to update their name, phone numbers, address information, and the skills associated with their record in your Arithon account.
