Not all my Vacancies are available in List View

If you are in the List View of your vacancy screen and not all your vacancies are visible, you may be in a search

To see all your candidates, you will need to take off the search. To do this, please follow these simple steps.

  1. Go back into the main candidate screen by clicking on "Browse"
  2. If you are in a search, underneath "Vacancies" it will say X of Y, where Y is the total number of records and X is a smaller number than Y - i.e. your search results.
  3. Click on the of Y - wait a few moments and this will take off the search filter and bring you to your first vacancy

Alternatively, the vacancies that are not visible, may not have a contact associated with it. Please go to the vacancy and click on "Contact". This will bring up all the contacts for that company. Select the contact and then click on the "Select" button.

If the job does not have a company associated with it, this is most likely because the client has been deleted. If the client does exist, this may be a duplicate. If you contact the support team they can update the vacancy's details with the new client details.
