What do administrators need to do?
An admin user must go into the admin section of their Arithon software and proceed to the preferences section. Then, by clicking on the "Required Fields" link you will be presented with two options:
- Candidate Required Fields
- Vacancy Required Fields
Min and Max Skills
On each of the required fields settings screens you now have the option to select how many skills must be selected for candidates or vacancies.
The minskills setting denotes the the minimum amount of skills that must be selected for each.
The maxskills setting denotes the maximum amount of allowable skills for each.
Both of the above will be clearly displayed to users on the skills panels for candidates and vacancies.
Min and Max Skills settings can also be accessed through the "Skills" button on the preferences screen.
